:I assumed it referred to Clara, although now that I think about it, it could be a reference to Missy. Production Order
Can anyone confirm the date or vague time that the Karn scenes were filmed? I think that it's safe to say that those scenes were filmed the same day as Prologue, and unless they were the first things to be filmed, I think it's safe to say that Prologue would thus go next in production order...
