A warden tells him to go away before vanishing. Inside the grounds the Doctor finds a crashed spacecraft and monstrous survivor — that also vanishes. With a flick of the sonic screwdriver the Doctor disables the creature's "shape shifting or invisibility nonsense". The creature introduces himself as [[Decky Flamboon]], and is grateful that the Doctor sorted out the scrambled tech damaged in the crash. Meteorite Meeting was a Doctor Who Adventures comic strip published in 2012. It marked the introduction of a new companion, Decky Flamboon, being the third, in DWA's seven year history, to introduce a new companion specifically for DWA comics.
Summary
The Doctor has tracked a signal to a closed off children's playground in a park. A warden tells him to go away before vanishing. Inside the grounds the Doctor finds a crashed spacecraft and monstrous survivor — that also vanishes.
