Harry Osgood was the manager of T-Mat's Moonbase. He called Fewsham a lunatic after he sent a shipment due for Moscow to Canbarra, indicating that he had recommended Fewsham for the job of assistant controller because he thought that he deserved a break. When the base was taken over by Ice Warriors led by Slaar, Osgood was ordered to operate T-Mat link with Earth. Instead he sabotaged the system, and was killed for doing so. (TV: The Seeds of Death)
Behind The Scenes
- In the novelisation, Osgood is given the first name of Harry.
