Justicia is a solar system which is used as a massive prison in. It was first used by the Humans for their prisoners, but it was later taken over by the Blathereen. It has three suns and 6 planets, but their orbits were moved by the Blathereen. (The Monsters Inside)
It also received a later mention by one of the time travelers, without giving any more details. (DW: Boom Town)
Justicia Alpha
Justicia Alpha is a muddy planet with a green sky. It was used for historical re-enactments, such as pyramid building. Justicia Alpha is 100 million miles from the suns. This is the first planet on which Rose and The Doctor arrive.
