Justicia

Justicia is a solar system which is used as a massive prison in. It was first used by the Humans for their prisoners, but it was later taken over by the Blathereen. It has three suns and 6 planets, but their orbits were moved by the Blathereen. (The Monsters Inside)

It also received a later mention by one of the time travelers, without giving any more details. (DW: Boom Town)

Justicia Alpha

Justicia Alpha is a muddy planet with a green sky. It was used for historical re-enactments, such as pyramid building. Justicia Alpha is 100 million miles from the suns. This is the first planet on which Rose and The Doctor arrive.

Justicia Beta

Justicia Beta is a planet covered in prisons. It is used for human criminals, specifically juvenile delinquents. It is 150 million miles from the suns. This is where Rose is sent after being captured Justicia Alpha.

Justicia Gamma

Justicia Gamma was not seen. It is 200 million miles from the suns.

Justicia Delta

Justicia Delta is a forested planet. The Executives lived on Justicia Delta and controlled Justicia from there. It was taken over by the Blathereen during the plot.

Justicia Prime

Justicia Prime is a small cold planet, not large enough to hold a proper atmosphere. It is used to hold alien criminals. It is unknown how far away from the suns it is, but this planet is the farthest. This is where the Doctor was sent after being captured on Justicia Alpha.
