The Loch Ness Monster, also known as Nessie, is a mysterious animal claimed to inhabit Loch Ness, a lake in Scotland and studied by students of cryptozoology.
The Duke of Forgill collected books on the Monster. Two different alien visitants may have contributed to the legend.
The first, the Skarasen, was brought to Earth by the Zygons circa the 11th cnetury. (DW: Terror of the Zygons)
The other is Borad, who was brought to Earth by the Timelash from Karfel, also around the 11th century. (DW: Timelash)
