A version of the Second Doctor lived in the Inferno Earth universe. He was a renegade Time Lord, and due to the non-interference policy he found himself captured by his people. Unlike his N-space counterpart, he picked one of the faces that the Time Lords had selected for him to choose from after his trial and was exiled to Earth in the late 20th century where he became President of the Republic of Britain.
