Stephen Fry is a British actor and writer, (born 24th August 1957), who voiced the Minister of Chance in Death Comes to Time.
Fry also wrote and submitted a script for the second season of Doctor Who. Believing the script to be too complex, Russell T. Davies decided it would be better suited for season three, giving the crew more time for preparation. Despite this however, this episode appears to have not been made.
Fry has been a fan of Doctor Who since the very beginning of its run. When he first saw the show he became more excited then he had been his whole life so far.
