- As a "man with a bent nose", the Minister of Chance had a place in two distinct versions of reality where he was one of the last of the Time Lords. In a version of reality where the Seventh Doctor sacrificed himself to stop Tannis, he was a member of the surviving group of Time Lords who had sworn off usage of their powers, only to have his TARDIS revoked] by the Doctor for misusing his abilities.
