Regos Krang was a Cyberman, part of the Cybermen force which invaded the Snowcap South Pole Base with the intention of detonating a Z-Bomb located in its missile silo. Krang and the other Cybermen were eliminated during the invasion when their home planet and power source, Mondas, disintegrated. (DW: The Tenth Planet)

Considering that Krang seems to command the Cybermen and communicate with the humans on their behalf, he could be seen as an early form of Cyber-Leader.

It is unclear if Regos is a first name or a title.
