Penhaxico Two was the planet to which the cyborg Max Capricorn planned to retire.
Climate
The Tenth Doctor described the planet as having eternal skies and shimmering seas. The planet was hit by sunlight that altered a person's genetic code, shrinking anyone that bathed in the sunlight too long to a tenth of their original size.
