Anti-plastic is a blue liquid used by the Doctor to defeat the Nestene Consciousness. The Doctor had originally planned to simply threaten the Nestene Consciousness with it, but he was forced to use it, which reacted explosively with the Nestene Consciousness. (DW: Rose)
