Mr Chambers was the conductor and leader of the band that played during the annual dance in Farringham's village hall. Shortly after they sent Daughter of Mine on an infiltration mission, the rest of the Family of Blood and their scarecrows caused a disturbance when they stormed through the hall; Father of Mine put everyone under duress when he threw down a hat stand and demanded silence. Chambers, along virtually everybody else, was unable to realise the gravity of the situation and asked, "Mr Clark! What's going on?" This was a very bad mistake, as Father of Mine promptly vaporised him, shooting him in the chest with his energy gun. (TV: Human Nature)
