The mother of Carlos lived in Sunset Park. She was showing her son to a group of friends when he became possessed by a Cerebravore and appeared to have a serious skin disease. When the Tenth Doctor came to check on the problem, his psychic field measuring device short circuited and Carlos reverted to looking like a healthy baby. The Tenth Doctor then told Carlos' mother to stay inside. She later saw reports of the Cerebravore attacks on the news, and thanked the Doctor. (COMIC: Revolutions of Terror)
