Colonel Michael Sanders OBE, was a human who was ordered killed through a blank page by the Home Office in connection with the return of the 456. He was responsible for running Britain's clandestine operations during the mid-1960s. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Two Children of Earth: Day Three)
