Puppeteer was the twelfth short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips: Snapshots. It was written by Benjamin Adams. It featured the Fourth Doctor and Oliver Day.
Summary
On the trail of the villainous Puppeteer, the Doctor and Oliver join forces with Annajin Valentin on the planet Gondovan. The Puppeteer has been following humanity across the stars, feeding on their warfare, and now, Annajin is on a mission to destroy him once and for all. But when Oliver falls victim to his powers, the Doctor may not be able to save his companion...
