Carthedia was a planet which acted as a government state for the Sunlight Worlds. It was recorded as a member of the Earth Alliance but was more closely affiliated with the Dalek Foundation.
Terrin and Alyst Blakely, along with their children Sabel, Ollus and Jenibeth all came from Carthedia, as did Hellic Dansard. (PROSE: The Dalek Generation)
