Chang Ho was the older brother of Chang Lee, and the leader of a gang in San Francisco. He tried to sabotage his parents' business, by using it to sell crack to his gang. Ho's parents became aware of his actions and refused, but were killed by another gang. Ho was then left in charge of his younger brother, and he chose to bring Lee into his gang.
