Mrs Harcourt was an elderly lady who lost her leg to the London Blitz. She was treated in Albion Hospital, where she was consumed by the airbourne Empty Child plague. She followed Jamie's orders as a gas-mask zombie, and, along with the other soldiers, followed him to the Chula ambulance crash site. The Nanogenes reprogrammed with human genes cured Harcourt and the other patients, but also grew Harcourt's leg back.
