The Shining Horizon was the last Osiran mothership, hidden from the rest of the universe near the Circle of Transcendence.

After other Osirans had left the universe, Anubis had spent millennia hibernating on board the Shining Horizon. Fulfilling her orders to collect all Osiran devices in existence, the Seeker brought Dorothy Bell, who merged with the former Hand of Sutekh, to the Shining Horizon, taking along Gabby Gonzalez and several humans. The Tenth Doctor was able to follow the Seeker in his TARDIS using the signal of Gabby's phone. (COMIC: Spiral Staircase)

Anubis tried to align the ship with the Circle so that he could follow the Osirans to another universe, but this could have caused a ripple effect that would have destroyed the universe. The Tenth Doctor convinced him to wait five thousand life cycles. (COMIC: Sins of the Father)

When the Tenth Doctor visited the Shining Horizon later, he arrived in an area known as the Garden of Osiris. During this time, Anubis was being possessed by the fragments of Sutekh and aligned the ship with the Circle, freeing Sutekh along with other 'allies'. (COMIC: Old Girl)
