:1814 is definitely a year in the 19th century. If you mean the late 19th century..well.... Yeah, they are taken from 1888 in A Good Man Goes to War. It's a series about time travel, but I suppose that could just be an error. I couldn't tell you if the story explains this away, though, with time travel. 22:45, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

The Last Great Frost Fair was in 1814, according to both real life and this page. Vastra, Jenny, and Strax's adventures with the Doctor, however, are all in the last 19th century as is the story Silhouette (novel). How is this possible?

1814 is definitely a year in the 19th century. If you mean the late 19th century..well.... Yeah, they are taken from 1888 in A Good Man Goes to War. It's a series about time travel, but I suppose that could just be an error. I couldn't tell you if the story explains this away, though, with time travel.
