Stephen Fry is a British actor and writer, (born 24th August 1957), who voiced the Minister of Chance in Death Comes to Time.
Fry also wrote and submitted a script for the second series of Doctor Who. Believing the script to be too complex, Russell T Davies decided it would be better suited for season three, giving the crew more time for preparation. Despite this however, this episode appeared to have not been made.
