Warp-holes could be used to transport entire star systems from one point in space to another.
The Blathereen discovered the position of the planets in the Justicia system made it suitable for warp-holes. They planned to use the suns to destroy planets, giving them a supply of spaceship fuel.
During their takeover of Justicia, the Blathereen hid the warp-hole transporters underneath Poppito tree saplings.
Some Slitheen helped the Ninth Doctor stop them, then after the death of Don Arco, they stole the surviving warp-hole technology to rebuild their fortune. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
