Vernon Robey emptied out the telephone in the hospital where Chris Welsh' wife had her baby. He took the money to the bank, but he arrived right before Andy Mills entered the bank to rob it. He took Vernon's money and, despite Vernon's pleading, his wedding ring. (PROSE: Loose Change)
