Nilso was an officer on board Sea Base 4 in 2084 and Neo's second-in-command.
Nilso, along with Ingiga, was a convert to the ideology of the Red Kangs, the power bloc opposed to the base. After the death of Ingiga's husband and parents, Nilso convinced her that the philosophy of the Red Kangs was the answer to all of life's problems, but for the Red Kangs to wipe out all suffering and injustice on Earth, sacrifices would have to be made. Nilso used Immigrant to commit sabotage on the base. After he was discovered by Neo, Nilso took Cats hostage. Nilso threatened to kill Cats, but Lymerence blinded him with an ultraviolet converter.
