Frithra was the wife of Linnis Skaldson. She thought that it was an honour that he was the village soothsayer. (AUDIO: The Skin of the Sleek) She got annoyed when Greygul would acknowledge why he let Linnis go. She rescued the Fourth Doctor and then chained him to the book of futures.
