The Seventy-Ninth Sontaran Assault Corps were a unit of Sontarans hired by Lolita and Ruthven to invade the Eleven-Day Empire. They were lead by General Kine. They came from a point in history six million years after the creation of the Sontarans.
The Assault Corps came to the Empire in a fleet of warships. They began their attack by destroying Trafalgar Square. Sabbath led a counter-attack on the Sontarans with an armada of flying machines. Sabbath's warriors caught the Sontarans off-guard by using shadow-weapons. (AUDIO: The Eleven Day Empire)
Lolita later betrayed the Assault Corps and ate them along with everyone else in the Empire. (AUDIO: The Shadow Play)
