Team was a term the Doctor used to refer to their companions when working with them. It could also refer to sporting group, like football teams. (TV: The Lodger)
The Tenth Doctor remarked his grouping of himself, Martha Jones and Donna Noble was "the new team". (TV: The Poison Sky) The Thirteenth Doctor used the term to call her group of companions, Ryan Sinclair, Yasmin Khan and Graham O'Brien as "Team TARDIS". (TV: Arachnids in the UK)
