Mrs Higgins was Fudge Higgins' mother. The Fourth Doctor warned her that aliens were at the bottom of her garden. The Wrarth Warriors later held Fudge and Mrs Higgins prisoner at their house, asking where the Doctor was, when the Doctor came in to talk. After the Wrarth Warriors explained why they were on Earth, Mrs Higgins offered them tea and cake. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Star Beast)
