Manleigh Halt was a town in England which was where the Manleigh Halt Irregulars originated.
During the Christmas of 1920, Clarissa Miller visited Manleigh Halt to see her uncle George Miller. Mumu Manchu also came to the town at this time with Dilys Manchuu and Mr Glister. With the Manleigh Halt Irregulars distracted at the time, Iris Wildthyme and Panda were the ones that stopped Manchu from misusing the Delightful Bag to get into the Manleigh Halt Police Station. Mumu and his associates ran away from Manleigh Halt after they became the quarry of the Wild Hunt. (PROSE: The Delightful Bag) Shortly afterwards, Clarissa Miller joined the Manleigh Halt Irregulars and they left the town in their police station.
