In an alternative timeline, Richter was a member of the Temporal Affairs department for the Galactic Reich. He essentially served as the 'companion' to Elizabeth Klein, although it was an unofficial secret that he was really there to ensure that she remained loyal to the Reich. On the moonbase in 2044, he attacked Sam Kirke when a Selachian appeared in the hangar. (AUDIO: The Architects of History)
