Salient Point was a planet on which a colony ship crashed. Vivash O'Connell was the only survivor. Because of his loneliness, he programmed the food replicator to make Christmas every day. The result was an old-time English village with paper snow, villagers and Christmas food. Unfortunately, none of it was real, and Vivash was slowly starving to death until the Fifth Doctor and Tegan Jovanka arrived on Salient Point and rescued him. (PROSE: Keeping It Real)
