James Bolam (born 16 June 1935[1]) played Sir Archibald Flint in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Spectre of Lanyon Moor. He is best remembered for his role as Terry Collier in The Likely Lads and Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads? opposite Rodney Bewes. Modern television viewers, however, will know him best from his regular role as the senior Dr Gilder in the Chris Chibnall-created dramedy Born and Bred.
He is married to Susan Jameson who co-starred with him in The Spectre of Lanyon Moor.
