Talk about it here.
Ashley House was a building in London. P.R.o.B.e. was based in a single cramped office, which was not what Liz Shaw had been promised.
The office had newspaper articles relating to Liz's past career at UNIT, as well as a photograph of Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, on the wall. There were facilities in the building for assistant Lou Bayliss to make tea for herself and Liz. (HOMEVID: The Zero Imperative)
By 2014, P.R.o.B.e. had expanded and relocated to Parliament Square. (HOMEVID: When to Die)
