A dragon appeared to Cindy Wu inside a bubble dimension in the TARDIS. It went to attack her, but she escaped. (COMIC: The Infinite Corridor)
It met Sutekh in a dark void and suggested to make an agreement with him. It was released from the Circle of Transcendence by Sutekh.
The Tenth Doctor, using a time dilation augmentor, froze it in time - but it later escaped, and brought Gabby, Cindy, and an unconscious Anubis back to Sutekh, asking in return for a safe passage from the Shining Horizon.
