Day of the Daleks: Special Edition was a new version of Day of the Daleks. There was new CGI effects. There was also newly shot footage and Nicholas Briggs provided new Dalek voices to replace those in the original broadcast. It was released on Disc Two of the DVD release of Day of the Daleks in 2011.
