Jacques Fournier was a chauffeur. He went to Bosnia with United Nations peace-keeping forces, where he learnt to speak the English language fluently. He crashed in the south of France and died, whilst Neil Redmond was crippled. Jack Harkness spoke to his wife about the incident. (AUDIO: Uncanny Valley)
