A temporary person was a human created by technology adapted from that found in the Brett Archive. The technology was bought when Blind Summit liquidised in 2005 and was used by Temporary Solutions to supply temp workers.
Such people only tended to live for a week and were implanted with false memories to keep them motivated and productive. Temps who were not productive were taken and wired up to WOTAN in the server room where they could still be of use.
Temporary people included Elaine Hartwell, Stacey Newman, Jenny, Kitty, Tanya, Simon and Sophie. (AUDIO: 9 to 5)
