Ermenshrew Blathereen was the one of the Blathereen who attempted to use Justicia as a planet destroyer in the 26th century. She used the skin of Consul Issabel as a disguise. (NSA: The Monsters Inside).
She worked with Don Arco, The Blathereen leader, Clem Fel Hetch, and other Blathereen to try and make the plan succeed. Her plans were foiled by The Doctor and the remaining Slitheen.
