Glasses are a set of lenses fitted into frames that allow for fixed, enhanced, or altered sight.

Use

  • The Tenth Doctor wore a pair of tortoise-shell rimmed square glasses, usually when he was concentrating on a particular object or subject. (DW: Tooth and Claw et al) He used a pair of 3D glasses when observing the effects of the Void and its effect on people and objects. (DW: Doomsday)
It is interesting to note that in Time Crash the Tenth Doctor said that the Fifth Doctor did not need glasses, but wore them to make him look smarter.
