Andromeda was a planet visited by many incarnations of the Doctor.
When Bernice Summerfield visited the ruins of Andromeda she discovered a mirror from Earth which contained the imprisoned Daughter of Mine (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt). The Tenth Doctor had trapped Daughter of Mine in every mirror in existence as punishment for her crimes - but promised to visit her once a month, every month, for as long as she remained imprisoned. (TV: The Family of Blood)
In their Thirteenth incarnation the Doctor decided to free Daughter of Mine and visited Andromeda to release her WC: The Shadow in the Mirror). Bernice later returned to Andromeda to find the mirror missing (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt).
