Penelope Wilton (born 3 June 1946[1]) played Harriet Jones in the Doctor Who stories Aliens of London, World War Three, The Christmas Invasion and The Stolen Earth.
She starred in Shaun of the Dead with fellow Doctor Who actors Bill Nighy, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. She has appeared in other TV shows, including Ever Decreasing Circles, The Borrowers and Downton Abbey.
