Andromeda was a planet that was sometimes visited by the Doctor when they came to talk to Daughter of Mine.
When Bernice Summerfield visited the ruins of Andromeda she discovered a mirror from Earth which contained the imprisoned Daughter of Mine. (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt)
In their thirteenth incarnation, the Doctor decided to free Daughter of Mine and visited Andromeda to release her. (WC: The Shadow in the Mirror) Bernice later returned to Andromeda to find the mirror missing. (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt)
