Summary

In a scene revealing the "real" reason Doctor Who is banned at the Royal Shakespeare Company, David Tennant is driven to total exhaustion after signing every issue of a fan's extensive Doctor Who Magazine collection.

  • The strip references the Royal Shakespeare Company's controversial decision to ban theatre-goers from getting the actors of their 2008 production of Hamlet to sign anything unrelated to said production, thus preventing Doctor Who fans from getting their memorabilia signed by David Tennant, who starred in the production alongside Patrick Stewart.[1]
