A "Delta Wave Generator" was a weapon the Ninth Doctor constructed on the Game Station in 200,100 to destroy the Daleks by generating a delta wave. However, when the time came to use it, he was unable to bring himself to do so since it would cause mass genocide on Earth. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
