Cancelled by Peking in 1996. (TV: The Chase)

The Festival of Ghana was a theme park in 1996. One of its attractions was a haunted house featuring android versions of Frankenstein's monster, Dracula and the Grey Lady. This attraction had been cancelled by Peking.

The First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister arrived in the Doctor's TARDIS in the haunted house pursued by the Daleks. When the Daleks fired on the androids, however, they attacked them, giving the Daleks yet another enemy to deal with. The Doctor was unaware of where in time and space he had landed. In their haste to leave, Vicki was left behind. She left herself by hiding in the Dalek time machine. (TV: The Chase)

The android's manufacturers, Microsoft, later answered inquiries that they had constructed overly dangerous robots. (PROSE: Interference - Book One)

The Eighth Doctor attempted to take Charley Pollard and C'rizz to the Festival of Ghana, only to end up inside the Cube. The Doctor recalled that the Festival was "crowded" with "loads of people" the "last time [he] attended", but did ponder if he was recalling the Festival of Jupiter instead. (AUDIO: Something Inside)

Tobias Vaughn claimed that he saw the Daleks' time machine while at the Festival. (PROSE: Original Sin)
