Gelligaer

Gelligaer was a town in Wales. According to Gwen Cooper, a Roman fort was built in Gelligaer around 75 AD. When a Roman soldier mentioned Gelligaer while shouting in Latin, Jack Harkness suggested that the soldier had been on his way there and when time had splintered he had ended up in their present.
