Jack Bligh (31 December 1889[1]-25 September 1967[2]) played Gaptooth in the Doctor Who television story The Smugglers. He is notable as being the earliest born credited actor to have filmed footage for Doctor Who.
He had a semi-regular role as Jonty on comedy series Taxi!.
