Imperial Heaven was the final resting place of the rulers of the Draconian Empire, and consisted of several palaces hung in orbit around Draconia. In the 80th year of the blood, the Sixth Doctor and Mila visited the palace of the 15th emperor shortly after his induction into his tomb. (AUDIO: Paper Cuts)
