Sergeant Webster was a soldier in the British Army in World War II and Captain Hardwick's right-hand man. He picked up the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke and transported them to Abbey Marston. Although he initially protested, he fought the Static and, afterwards, sent a car to the village to call the fire brigade. (AUDIO: Static)
